BEGINNER
This program is designed for individuals who are new to speed skating, as well as those looking to stay active and maintain their fitness through the sport. Each session includes age-appropriate instruction and may feature warm-ups, skill development, laps, relays, games, and a cool-down period. Please note that skates are not included in the registration fee.
advanced
This program is designed for advanced competitive skaters looking to further develop their skills. Participants will attend the second hour of the club’s twice-weekly sessions. Please note that skates are not included in the registration fee.
Note: Placement in this group is by coach recommendation only. Please consult with a coach before registering for this session.
